Papier Sprick at the Fachpack 2024
We look back on three successful days at Fachpack 2024 and would like to thank all interested parties for the exciting exchange. Around 37,000 visitors came to the Exhibition Center Nuremberg from 24 to 26 September to find out about the latest trends in the packaging industry. This year, we presented our eco-friendly packaging solutions at two exhibition stands and as part of two speaker events.
At our stand you could see our latest developments for the PaperJet® Bridge, our guide system for endless cushioning supply at the packing station. We also presented the VariMailer ® Pro, a solution for fast, automated mail order packaging. Of course, you were also able to experience our compact void fill and cushioning systems and our practical VariProtect ® 800 corrugated cardboard cutting machine live.

CUSTOMIZED CUTS, FAST AND EASY WITH THE VARIPORTECT® 800
With the compact VariProtect® 800, you can produce corrugated cardboard cuts on demand. The system is very easy to operate and allows you to produce up to 30 cuts per minute. At the same time, the VariProtect® 800 is particularly compact so that it can be perfectly integrated into your existing packing station.
PAPERJET® BRIDGE: ON-DEMAND CUSHIONING SUPPLY FOR YOUR PACKING REQUIREMENTS
We present the upgraded modular system of our innovative PaperJet® Bridge guide system. With the addition of a curve module, a switch module and an exit module, we now have the option of responding even more specifically to your structural requirements and your individual packing process.
The base module with the tried-and-tested PaperJet® enables the production of up to 200 paper cushions per minute and therefore a particularly fast supply. With 7,600 m of paper, the material input from the ComPackt® pallet offers particularly short changeover times. The flexible combination of modules makes it possible to supply several packing stations individually. Cushion lengths, speed and operating modes can be set as required.
Alternative packaging solution
Paper instead of plastic: in the Pavilion alternative packaging solutions, we presented eco-friendly solutions for transport and shipping protection. We showed you how protective profiles and paper cushions made from recycled paper can replace plastic-based materials and make your packaging process sustainable.
