DUO‑Pack XL is a double-ply packaging material manufactured from laminated corrugated cardboard. The interior lamination is realised in customised paper qualities or with PE foam, enabling optimum protection of sensitive surfaces.
Thanks to the double corrugation, DUO-Pack XL meets the highest demands for packaging strength, cushioning and stacking suitability. DUO-Pack XL can also be equipped with individual creases and, when used with Sprick packaging machines, can be employed to create a “box off the roll”. You can therefore combine optimum protection for your goods with maximum flexibility in terms of packing, even in the case of smaller batch sizes.
In addition, DUO-Pack XL is particular suitable as off-the-roll edge protection.

Our eco-friendly filling and padding papers are Blue Angel award winners and certified by the FSC®. They consist of 100 % recycled paper with no added virgin fibres, optical brighteners or refining agents which are harmful to health.

Consistent use of 100% recycled paper preserves and protects our forests and waters. When compared to virgin fibre paper production, our products save over 70% of the water, 60% of the energy and 100% of the wood required while, additionally, generating considerably lower CO2 emissions.
