Innovative packaging solutions for a sustainable process
This year, we will once again be exhibiting our eco-friendly packaging solutions at EMPACK Birmingham in the UK. From 12-13 February, in Hall 3A, Stand U30, we will be showcasing versatile void fill and cushioning systems as well as automated shipping packaging solutions.
EMPACK is an ideal opportunity for us to meet prospective customers and partners from the UK and to present solutions for the challenges in the packaging process. We are convinced that it is crucial to consider system and material as one unit: Our innovative machine systems and paper products are developed and manufactured in-house. In this way, we ensure the use of high-quality, long-lasting materials and a perfect match between machine and material.
Versatile void fill and cushioning systems for every need
Our compact void fill systems from the SpeedMan® product line are an ideal addition to the packing station, enabling an ergonomic, efficient packing process. With different frame options, the systems can be easily integrated into the existing structural situation and adapted to the products and workflow.
The PaperJet® Winder proves its value in an industrial context when it comes to protecting sensitive and heavy goods. The system produces strong paper cushioning coils that can be customised to the products by using different paper qualities and system settings. The coils can be produced either pre-assembled or just-in-time as required. The PaperJet® Winder integrates seamlessly into the existing process and offers an eco-friendly alternative to foam or plastic solutions.
Automated and customised dispatch packaging
With the VariMailer® Pro, we present an innovation for automated shipping packaging that offers a solution to growing challenges such as cost pressure, process speed and labour shortages. The system packs and labels products to customer specifications and makes them ready for immediate dispatch. Thanks to its simple operation and an output of up to 1,000 V-Mail®s per hour, performance at the dispatch centre can be significantly increased.

Recycled paper: the packaging solution of the future
Our packaging paper comes from our own production and is made from 100% recycled paper. We do not add any virgin fibre or environmentally harmful additives. In this way, we support an eco-friendly packaging process and the sustainability goals of senders and recipients alike.
