PaperJet® UNDERTABLE SOLUTION
The PaperJet® undertable solution is an absolute top seller. It is inexpensive, a particularly space-saving solution and can be integrated under almost every packing table. This is where the compact design of the PaperJet® really comes into its own. Versatile modification options ensure that the undertable solution is perfectly adaptable to the desired packaging process. This enables you to save storage space and packaging costs, even in the most confined packing station conditions.
CONTAINER STAND
The container stand allows you to supply several packing stations simultaneously with padding material. Automated provisioning ensures that there is always enough material in the container, without the need for manual initiation of production. The filling level is monitored, controlling post-production fully automatically and preventing overfilling of the container.
PaperBelt transfer system
The PaperBelt transfer system ensures a continuous supply of paper padding in the predefined length to each packing station. It enables maximum exploitation of the high production speed of the PaperJet®, making it possible to operate up to 12 packing stations with a single machine. Paper padding is diverted directly to the packing station in storage containers specially provided for this purpose. Removal of padding at working height makes the packing process ergonomic and reduces packing times and legwork. We configure a perfect solution individually for your packing station situation.
