The Wheel ideally complements the SpeedMan® paper filling system or your PaperJet® paper cushioning system.
Robust paper coils can be wound with surprising speed with the Wheel, and these can be used by you to protect even heavy goods in shipping cartons against damage, thus avoiding returned shipments.
Control is intuitive and, when compared to manual twisting of paper coils, effortless and extremely easy for the user.
Paper coils are particularly suitable for shipping heavy products and represent an environmentally friendly and flexible alternative to polystyrene and PU foam solutions, even where small quantities are involved. Costly and cumbersome winding systems are a thing of the past with the Wheel.
The Wheel is a maintenance-free solution that requires no electric power. Two mounting options are available, a table frame with a pivot arm or a roller frame, and these can be added to existing SpeedMan® or PaperJet® filling and cushioning systems.
