(Junior) Warehouse Administrator – Packaging Solutions

From coordinating orders and shipments to strengthening customer relationships: as a (Junior) Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. By independently taking the lead on various internal tasks, you’ll ensure that things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • This entails coordinating and booking shipments with transport providers while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery arrangements that align with customer expectations and operational schedules.
  • As the key point of contact for your assigned accounts, you’ll manage order processing, provide responsive, reliable customer support, and source proof of delivery documents.
  • By keeping on top of regular stock checks and maintaining meticulous inventory records, you’ll help ensure accuracy, availability, and accountability across the board
  • Lastly, where possible, you will also assist with product testing and minor machinery repairs, thereby supporting the overall performance and reliability of our warehouse operations

Qualifications & Competencies

  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, transport management, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent job training, such as an advanced apprenticeship in transport and warehouse operations
  • Previous warehouse experience, a general familiarity with warehouse machinery and experience with software tools such as Comarch and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driving licence, ideally, also a forklift licence (forklift training will be provided if no licence is held)
  • Physical ability and health to work in a warehouse environment, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal candidate will reside within a 30 minute commute distance from Harlow
  • A cooperative and collegial working style, coupled with a high level of commitment, independent thinking, and a dedication to achieving quality results in all current and future activities
