EFFICIENT SHIPPING PROCESSES

The VariMailer^® Pro optimises the shipping process due to the automated packaging and labelling of products. This significantly increases the performance and output at the packaging or shipping station. The V-Mail^® produced in this way is tailored to the product and ready to be dispatched straight away.. Using size recognition, the system automatically adapts the V-Mail^® to the product and thus reduces the amount of material used. The simple operation and high performance of the system enable efficient staff deployment in dispatch areas. The VariMailer^® Pro requires only one consumable: the FSC^® certified V-Board^® from the roll. This eliminates the need to stock many different types of conventional outer packaging, such as cardboard boxes or shipping bags. Machine and material are specially developed products and ideally matched to each other.
