Why did you choose Papier Sprick?
As a local resident, I have heard a lot of positive things about Papier Sprick as an employer: a good office climate, flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, as well as opportunities for further training.
What makes Papier Sprick special?
The variety. We are a paper manufacturer and processor, develop and produce our own packaging systems and offer a huge range of products for all aspects of packaging and shipping. You learn something new every day – that’s what makes the job so interesting!
What do you like about your work?
The exchange with colleagues from other departments such as purchasing, scheduling or production. The shared expertise and good collaboration are very valuable: it’s not only interesting, but also provides us with important impulses for our work.
What team success do you remember in particular?
We recently finalised the further development of internal processes. When you open up new ways of working together as a team and achieve a goal collectively, it’s always a great experience!
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Hiking, horse riding or jogging with my dog – my favourite thing is being out in nature! I also play in the marching band and play the small flute, for example at parades or festivals.
