ComPackt\u00ae paper is an eco-friendly recycled paper with space-saving fanfold. It can be used particularly efficiently and quickly with our SpeedMan\u00ae and PaperJet\u00ae packaging systems to produce filling materials or create resilient paper cushioning. In particular, companies with a major filling volume requirement in shipping area, such as e\u2011commerce hubs, fulfilment and distribution centres or 3PL firms profit from the linear metre quantity per pallet. Each continuous pallet contains 7,600 linear metres of ComPackt\u00ae paper. This high linear metre volume reduces loading intervals, thus minimising frequent interruptions of the packing process. The pallets with the ComPackt\u00ae paper can be handled and lifted effortlessly with a pallet truck. Special preparation of the material is unnecessary \u2013 with the ComPackt\u00ae paper immediately usable after pallet replacement. This means that lifting and heaving of heavy rolls or individual paper stacks is immediately a thing of the past for your employees.<\/p>\n
Due to the special folds and pallet feed, the paper can be processed considerably quicker than rolls, reducing throughput times considerably in your packaging process.<\/p>\n
Optimise your packing area or packaging process by, for example, using ComPackt\u00ae paper in conjunction with the PaperJet\u00ae for centralised pre-production. Direct supply of entire packing lines is possible through a variety of integration options and storage containers with the PaperJet\u00ae paper cushioning system. The paper can, for example, be processed directly in the packing station with the SpeedMan\u00ae MAX to meet particularly high filling volume requirements.<\/p>\n
