A lot of trust is placed in me, but at the same time I can ask questions and ask for support at any time. One preconception is that accounting is monotonous. However, we work on a variety of topics every day, including the accounting activities for our international sales companies. At Papier Sprick, I first did a shortened traineeship to improve my German and learn work-related terms. I also learnt the specific aspects of accounting in Germany that differ from those in Brazil, such as tax calculation, laws, work rules and so on. The time at trade school was not always easy, but Papier Sprick supported me. Our common goal of being taken on after my training motivated me!
