In combination with the PaperJet® paper cushioning system, the PaperBelt transfer system ensures a continuous supply of paper cushions in a predefined length to several packing stations.
Using the PaperBelt conveyor system enables you to exploit the high production speed of the PaperJet® to the maximum, making it possible to supply up to 12 packing stations with only one PaperJet®.
In addition, paper cushions are produced centrally by the PaperJet® and directed to the storage containers provided on the individual packing stations via belt conveyors. The paper cushions are subsequently removed here and can be used to package and protect the shipping goods.
The filling level in the containers is continuously maintained at a defined level using light barriers. This automatically ensures the resupply of paper cushions to all packing stations.
