Review: Paper Sprick at LogiMAT 2023

We are looking back on a successful LogiMAT in Stuttgart. As always, we very much appreciated the personal and direct dialogue with interested parties and are now excited to implement new projects.

At the international trade fair for intralogistics and process management, we presented ourselves, in addition to our well-known filling and padding systems, with the new filling system SpeedMan^® Basic and automation solutions for process optimisation.

The VariMailer^® Pro

The focus of our trade fair presentation was the VariMailer^® Pro and the advantages of the V-Mail^® for senders. To demonstrate the benefits of the VariMailer^® Pro – which include process automation, high performance and easy handling – we recreated the packing process at the sender’s premises using a variety of products. With the addition of a robot, the VariMailer^® Pro proved to be a powerful example of an innovative, automated packaging solution. Furthermore, a “Deutsche Post” format template was used to illustrate the advantages of V-Mails^® in terms of postage costs.

Integrations

In addition, we presented two customised integrations. The PaperJet^® container integration with EuPal frame offered an eye-catcher in combination with a padded container including info monitors. With this integration, we also highlighted the advantages of the Compackt^® endless pallet. Furthermore, we presented a padding solution with robot technology as an augmented reality visualisation. The trade fair visitors were able to experience the automated upholstery solution true to scale using a tablet and thus get a detailed picture.

Trade fair novelty SpeedMan^® Basic

On a rotating table, alongside the familiar SpeedMan^® Flex and PaperJet^® Fit systems, we presented our latest filling system: the SpeedMan^® Basic, an electrified entry-level model, is ideal for senders who are aiming for faster processes through automation.
